“Our ordinary views of prayer are not found in the New Testament. We look upon prayer as a means for getting something for ourselves; the Bible idea of prayer is that we may get to know God Himself.” Oswald Chambers
"Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the Lord made the heavens." 1 Chronicles 16:23-26
Our God is a God worthy of praise, honor and adoration. We praise Him and thank Him for who He is and all that He does in our lives.
Thank God for His mercy and grace in your life.
Pray that God would reveal to us the wonders of His word and speak to us as we spend time in His Word.
Pray that God would cause us to see each other as the bride of Christ, treasured and loved by Him.
Pray that God would guide our leaders in faithfully shepherding and leading our church family.
Pray that God would equip us to do His work in the world.
Let's look with expectation for answers that God provides in these final days of 2019!
