A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another. ~ John 13:34-35
John reminds us that we love BECAUSE Jesus first loved us. When we talk about serving at CEC, our hearts desire is that we serve others out of a heart of gratefulness for that all He has done for us. Loving is serving. Love is something you can see.
Praise God for His steadfast grace.
Ask God to fill your heart to overflowing with gratefulness for all He has done in your life.
Pray that God would continue to show us how to minister to those in need of housing.
Ask God to give you specific ways to show His love to someone you've had a hard time with in the past.
Pray that God would give wisdom in areas of life where you need specific direction.
Let's look with expectation for answers that God provides in these final days of 2019!
