Finish 2019 with 40 days of prayer! Day 13

“Prayer is not so much an act as it is an attitude—an attitude of dependency, dependency upon God.” Arthur W. Pink

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:5

What is it you have been hoping for? Restoration of relationships? Healing? Financial provision? Strength to face life's challenges in new ways? Our hope is in God - who has given Himself to us in the most miraculous way! Consider His hope in your life as you pray today.

  • Praise God that He IS hope.

  • Pray that God would show areas in our lives where we have lost hope, and ask Him to renew our hope in Him.

  • Confess to God where you have a hard time trusting in Him. Ask for strength to trust Him more.

  • Pray for college students who make CEC their church family - finals week, time with families over the holidays.

  • Pray for those you know who need healing - physical, emotional, spiritual. Pray that they would be filled with hope and be directed by God.

Let's look with expectation for answers that God provides in these final days of 2019!
